Rachel Zumbach serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Farm4Profit, where she leads brand strategy and drives innovation across the company’s digital media efforts. With a passion for connecting farmers and agribusinesses to their audiences, Rachel plays a key role in expanding Farm4Profit’s reach and refining how agriculture is communicated in today’s digital landscape.

Rooted in agriculture herself, Rachel and her fiancé, Matt Manternach, run a cow-calf operation near Monticello, Iowa, continuing a proud family tradition. Her personal experience in production agriculture brings authenticity and insight to her work, helping Farm4Profit create content and strategies that truly resonate with the ag community.

Rachel is a strong advocate for rural communities and a vocal supporter of women in agriculture, encouraging leadership and representation across the industry. She currently serves as President of the Jones County Corn Growers and is actively involved with the Iowa Corn Growers Association, Iowa Cattlemen’s Association, and Jones County Beef Producers. She is also a 2024 Iowa Cattlemen’s Leadership Program graduate and sits on the board for the Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement at the Iowa State Fair.
